Please read these terms carefully before using TendLog.

These Terms contain a binding arbitration clause and class action waiver for Users in the United States (Section 19). Please read them carefully.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Agenon Company Limited, a Vietnamese single-member limited liability company, with registered address at Thôn Tam Hà, Xã Bình Nguyên, Tỉnh Phú Thọ, Vietnam.

TendLog is an offline-first family caregiving application available on iOS and Android, along with associated web services at tendlog.com (the “Service”). TendLog helps family caregivers organize medications, log daily care, store critical documents, coordinate with family members, and access emergency information — all designed to work without internet connectivity.

By creating an account, downloading, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
