Delete My Data

We respect your right to control your personal data. This process lets you request permanent deletion of your TendLog account and all associated information.

Before you continue

  • •Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, your care logs, health records, and all personal data cannot be recovered.
  • •If you share a Care Team with family members, your deletion will remove your contributions from the shared timeline. Other members' data is not affected.
  • •We recommend exporting your data first. You can do this in the app under Settings → Data → Export.

How the process works

Submit your request

Verify your identity with the email linked to your account.

Verification email

We’ll send a confirmation link to ensure it’s really you.

14-day cancellation window

You can cancel anytime during this period. After 14 days, deletion begins automatically.

Permanent deletion

All personal data is purged from our systems — completed within 30 calendar days of your request.
